European Coalition Against Covert Harassment 
I am so happy to finally see an organization like this. I was targeted out in 1991-1992 by American medical doctors associated with the CIA and the Air Force. A psychologist had told me that I had a choice, that I could A) Die or B) Go insane. I asked the man “How about C) None of the above?”. The area I had been living in was a CIA test site and they had been killing people. I engaged in combat with them. I won my freedom but it took me 4 years to physically heal and about 10 years to begin to psychologically heal. Thank you for your site.

Same thing happened to me, I went to authorities and was sent in a psychiatric hospital too. I think global exposure of all members of all organisations of this kind, should whistleblow to the world.

I am a victim of “the brain initiative”. It is the great deception. Law enforcement are implanting everyone with radio frequency communication chips aka nerve stimulators or wireless in-body antennas. In Virginia, state and local police give you three options: 1) be put in a stabilization ward and be tortured, 2) be put in jail and be tortured, or 3) be infected with an infectious disease. They have tried the first two and are threatening the third. The chip is protruding from my cancer surgery scars. Even though it was implanted without my knowledge and consent by Dr. Lawrence Chang of Pariser Dermatology, surgeons refuse to remove it. It uses technologies like the audio spotlight by Holosonics. They bombard your mind with obscenities, cursing, and all manner of evil things. Wireless tazing with lasers that come through the electrical outlets – see network world (hacking your computer through elctrical outlets). The Army at Picatinny created a laser induced plasma channel and steered lightening at a target. Police use lasers and steer electricity at my mind, body, heart, and private parts. State Trooper Jared Vance informed everyone they come through the electronics in your home. They use radio frequency software, lasers, and millimeter wave transmitters to create holograms and tap into your mind seeing through your eyes what your brain sees and hearing what you hear. After everyone is defamed, defrauded, unemployable, crippled and suffering, who takes care of us. Will there be indentured servitude? Even the Federal District Court Judge knew I was in excruciating pain (according to her own clerk of courts) and she refused to grant a motion for cessation of torture. This is the weapon of the anti-Christ and the mark of the beast. These law enforcement officers are criminals and do not uphold the Constitution. People need to read about these new weapons. I am from NC and I am also a victim of this RFID technology, they implanted my chip back in 1997. They didn’t activate it until a year ago. They are operating out of a hospital in Statesville, NC. They have a group of drug addicts who signed consent forms so they cant talk about this covert ops project which is a crime against a person. These people are like Nazis who tortured the Jews in Project Pandora where they first discovered this technology. Project Paperclip is a project started by the CIA where they brought numerous NAZI doctors over to America to teach the CIA about the technology. I am a torture victim of us navy seals based in marietta, ga. I am used as a MILAB in psychic research and projects against my will. They use synthetic telepathy and are slowly killing me now but nobody can stop it. In fact it is 2:30am and I am being sleep deprived by their torture including threats of sadistic abuse against myself and family and murder. Of all military black ops groups this group of navy seals are the most sadistic, mentally ill monsters to ever slither on this planet. My name is Heath and I am a 23 year old man living in Manchester, England, UK, and I am an OSEH TI who is a victim of mind control without the microwave hearing. I believe that my entire family are test subjects and whoever is responsible for this has successfully divided my entire family apart so we cannot support each other. Eight members of my family are living alone and under very challenging circumstances. Hey this is great, heard about it on The Truth Denied radio show. I understand that you are reaching out to TI’s in Canada and the U.S. as well? I know ICAACT is doing scans on people to see what/where they may/may not have implants. This really needs to have something done about it. It’s damn near impossible to live a normal life like this…whatever it is, it seems to have implanted itself in my brain and down my spine, I am electronically zapped everyday and at night, forced dreams, gangstalking, phone harassment and all the usual stuff that everyone else is talking about…how do we get help?

hello
i think i have been a victim for a very long time. however over the last 5 years it has gotten worst. they perpetrators involve everyone int the circle of life. also i have illegally experimented on and have been hypnotised against my will and make me do things i am unaware of. i have also got tiny cuts from when i have woken up from sleep in the morning. it never stops they create so many false flags that you become use to it when you think everything is usual thats when something happens. these people are the masters of lies and deceit and will make everything sound like a joke when something serious is materialising in and around the joke.

Similar has been happening to me since 1996. And only about 3 years ago did I start calling on Lord Joshua (Jesus), Mother Mary and Arch Michael to help. It took me about 6 months to build up a strong energy connection, So now when the negatives attempt their BS attacks (try to stop my heart, cause temporary blackouts, suffocate me, mind control, etc.), I just call on the latter immediately and lay a rosary across my head with the cross sitting directly on the area being targeted. I can then feel a battle of energy take place for about 5 or 10 minutes (usually) and then quiet. It’s amazing. It doesn’t matter what belief system you belong to, they will help you. Just remember: one of the most powerful prayers is “God help me!” Scream it out if you have to! These atrocities are not going to be on this planet much longer, There are many light warriors, many of them off-worlders, who are helping to free us. So NO FEAR!!! Hello, I am a victim of this technology also. I have all the symptoms. They tortured me for nearly 3 years straight and I had three babies at home and two in school. My daughter now 12 also has symptoms but of course does not understand. I feel it is for religious reasons. My story like the others sounds unreal. I have been labeled mentally ill so my family won’t even look into it any further. The symptoms of torture are unbearable. I feel for all those being tortured. It has been a cross to bear but I believe god has a purpose for everything. I just pray that I will live to see my youngest child graduate. The torture has gotten much better this last year and I am even back working as registered nurse. I was working the day shift prn for the last year but went on the night shift. I’m able to use the technology to stay really alert at night. It’s amazing you never feel tired and need very little sleep. They are being kinder but I wish I could go back to a normal life. They robbed me of some of my motherhood. I’m thankful for this site. I have to internalize everything. I just pray my children won’t suffer like I did. The pain is beyond belief. I’m a catholic and love god dearly and can’t wait to know his purpose for this. The saint Michael prayer is my best weapon along with the our father. I can relate to your story. My mother has been in this program for a long long time and my fanily always viewed her as having a mental condition according to the medical industry (military). It was not until I was in the program 24.7 starting last year that I finally understood that everything she was trying to communicate to us was true. She has been a victim of stalking, electronic harassment, and abused through testing by her doctor…..and it continue to this day.
I only hope and wish you better days in dealing with this and I will do my best as well. I feel bad for your children and hope they are well. These neo cons will in time be exposed. It is inevitable.

Hello, my name is Michelle and I’m crying as I write this. I’m not sure how many words I’ll get in before the “program” sees that I’m off my path. I have been a victim for nearly 4 years now. They claim my purpose is to remap the brain. My body has worked with corporations like WHO and SETI….not sure of the validity since they lie to me on a regular basis to keep me confused.
Not long after they had mutilated my body, they took over my mothers life since she would have been the only person to support me. My mother and I are in ” programs” that make us seem like pleasant robots. My intelligence is a thing of the past. I have trouble walking…I’m in pain most of the time…sleep is even exhausting.
I have no friends and anyone I meet is unaware they are almost fully immersed in the new brain map program. There are so many layers to what’s really happening that I can’t even begin to know where to start.
I watched a YouTube program with Magnus Olsson and felt compelled to try and contact.
In the beginning of this quite a few years ago, I couldn’t even think of doing this. Writing this is too risky and the program that lives in my biology would attack me. I wouldn’t be able to breathe….like I was having a heart attack. I gave up trying to reach out.
I’d be so surprised if you actually get to read this. I’m pretty sure the programmers who read and monitor my every move will make it look like it made its way to this site. These are the people who built the internet….I’m guessing they will respond “pretending” to be Mr. Olsson.
I am so tired of being so physically and mentally abused and no one knows. I have to pretend its depression and anxiety…

Back in 2007 one wouldn’t have been able to convince me that a computer brain interface could make sense of the synaptic brain activity, but technology is much more advanced than what is allowed to become public knowledge.
From 2002 to 2007 I took it upon myself to create informative CDs which could run independent of the internets watchful eye. Some may still be circulating western canada. We’ll, with the help of secret society family members the Canadian shadow government had me brain chipped in 2008.
The robotic chip can truly seemlessly send you into unconsciousness while walking, take over your body, do something stupid to your body or whatever the controller is authorized to do for a fraction of a second or for hours, then seemlessly turn your consciousness back on… letting you figure out how to fix your cut up face or crashed car or the leaking water bottle on your lap as you are trying to talk to your family doctor.
This technology is the most hideous thing to be covertly operated by local fascists.

I handed out thousands of warning CDs against this hidden, fascist takeover throughout western canada. In 2006 the fascists caught up to me. They poisoned an orange with a heart-stopping drug which almost worked in stopping my heart. Then Changed methods to energy weapons where I discovered that these nano wireless camera/beam-weapons require a reactive compound to be ingested first. It can be added to processed foods and drinks at time of production.
I evaporated some commercial, distilled water and discovered white fine powder remaining. Only slightly soluble. Thus one liter of saturated liquid (like pop or beer) is needed for full strength energy attacks.
Eat no commercial processed food or drink… Fresh veggies and fruit and safe tap water. Organized stalkers will contaminate your reserves. They are the fascist-corporate control Gestapo.
They will come out of hidding after martial law is envoked, maybe.

One of the sad things about all this is there are so many victims, (myself being one) that have to suffer alone in silence, mainly because the perps block any form of communication with anyone that may be able to help,Another thing is anyone that isnt a TI just wont believe anything that you say or just considers you to be another person with MH problems.

I have experienced the same things as you and i am sorry to say that they can do whatever they want with you, because they are controling from your brain and they can control every inch of your body, for me i have experienced more than that, they can make you scream from pain if they want to …., reading on your thoughts ect…
I am saying this because i am a tergeted individual for more than 5 years now and i am an alive witness because they are doing this here in my country in front of everyone even the government knows about this and plus of that gangs stalking and on the top of that i do not have privacy, because i am used like a cctv Camera, everyone aroung or who’s in connection with me by phone or internet or even TV can see what i am seeing and hearing what i am hearing and even reading on my thoughts and i can prove it easily.
I advice you to be patient and to not give up, those people want to make your life miserable and push you to commit suicide and we should talk about this in public, because the politicians (presidents and prime ministers) should know about this and they have to find a solution for this because if ther’s a problem it has to have a solution to this and the solution will come by admitting that the harassement and mind control is a reality and we have to fight against it because it’s against the human rights.

Due to an operations In which I received an unsolicited injection and or implant of nano medical technology. I have been harassed constantly the the last few years, including voice and ambient sound communication. (The use of ambient sounds to carry the communication). I have been neurologically damaged. I have had 24/7 communication with the people using the technology and have been tortured harassed, attempted conditioning and have been neurologically impaired… I have been given obvious dreams ie movies dreams, with vivid modern sound (like watching a dvd) and had my memory and biological functions interfered with constantly like a doll, ongoing every day. My memories and actions/thoughts are constantly read, my memories like a slideshow accessed and used to constantly interact with me. Had mood-states and physical/ all aspects of biology manipulated interfered with. I have constant ongoing conversations with the people using the technology, arguments discussions all sorts of conversations. Its not just one person but several. During the whole time discussing the situation and matter of fact reasonings/ attempted conditioning. Almost every biological function has been manipulated or interfered with. My voice was modified and I had speech problems I could barely talk for a while. My accent changed. I was made very weak for a long time as well as neurologically impaired and during this time struggled for the most part through the whole situation. I refused a treatment order with a lawyer. And am now in the limbo of trying to get medical attention of neurological damage as well as dealing with the whole medical implant nanotechnology issue. Having your physiology damaged as well as your mentality, I had muscle damage and skin texture changes and physical denaturing, a lot more aggressive than just an implant. I also started off thinking it was from an external source but realized after a while it was just a perception. A lot of the mental state situation changed as I was damaged. Its definitely injection/ implant/nanotechnology not an external source. I talk to these people every day constantly (im not strange its real). Ive been subjected to ongoing personality modification,have had broad discussions and arguments (myself wanting to be repaired) as they have the ability to manipulate repair/damage brain function.

I am very glad to find this forum. I have been a targeted individual for the last 11 years, and I can tell you it has been a living hell on earth, worse than can ever possibly be described. I won possibly the largest TI case on public record in 2006, which was connected to major key false flag events in 2005, and despite my victory in court, things have only got worse for me.. The cover up around my case is collosal, chiefly to conceal the scale of horrific crimes, but much of the suppression is to conceal the high profile criminals involved.
What most people have not understood about targeting operations, it is actually a covert slave trade generating Trillions in illicit profits which is why those in postions of public office turn a blind eye to it… As long as they get a peice of the action they don’t care who suffers or who is murdered.
There has been over 65 police reports by myself and many witnesses over the years, and the only thing done is they up the anti to terrorise us into silence.. There is no protection for TI’s in the UK whatsoever, those of us with hard evidence become the focus of horrifically shocking levels of torture and abuse. Its also very ritualistic.
To summerise, professioanlly I am creative concepts innovator and I became targeted in 2003, after taking valuable TV production documents for a new multimedia platform I created to mainstream media lawyers. Needless to say, I was subsquently set up in a conspiracy to defraud and murder plot… My Intellectual property was stolen and used for international organised IP crime and racketeering and because of the success of the initail criminal operation using my stolen TV production material, they came after me for more and more material to trade, until they hacked all my computers daily, tapped my fones, and bugged surveillanced and burgaled my home regularly.. As I notified they police, it didn’t take long before rogue corrupt police officers were threatening me to keep my mouth shut too.. from then they moved an entire criminal surveillance covert spy operation inside my building and surrounding outside my home, with every aspect of my life being traded.. even are private conversations are scripted, They even sold my full name and tried to launch a pop band with it… before long, we saw TV show after TV show featuring details of the crimes being engineered against me..
I got my case into court August 2004, which was scheduled to be heard July 2005.. things became extremely dangerous as the court case date got nearer.. death threats came at me thick and fast, and cut a nightmare situation short, I had to go into hiding to prevent being murdered.. I remained in hiding for three months (the first time, I was in hiding three times total) until I was smuggled to the police station by a relative.. The case was eventually heard in 2006, and I after a most horrific ordeal .. I won.. The criminals never even had the guts to turn up in court or even provide any defence, such was the strength of my evidence and fourteen witnesses. I had so much evidence that they could not dare face me and my witnesses in court, they knew I would win… I thought that would be closure of a never ending nightmare, but it wasn’t and it hasn’t been..
The court Judgement was doctored and fraudulently altered to cover up that I won, and conceal the names of the high profile criminals who are still to this day running targeting operations against the public from within corrupt mainstream media TV networks, media lawfirms and telecomunication companies ssuch as virgn media just to name one. There are many involved.. I am fortunate to know exactly who the guilty crimnals are.. Many targeted people sadly do not. There have been many suspicious deaths around my case, members of the public, the judge who ruled in my favour, my two friends, and this year both my parents.
A damning report was done featuring my case in 2013, by Top former Police Intelligence Analyst turned whistleblower Tony Farrell.. And as soon as the report was released they paid a host of demon trolls and NWO agents to spread lies about me all over the internet to stop people believing what has been done to me to be true. People who did not know me from Adam, took payments to spread lies just tp profit from the crimes .. this is just another diabolical aspect of how gangstalking plays out .. its called gaslighting I believe.
Many witnesses and I took Tony Farrells report about my case to the police and urged for protection not just for myself but the public at large.. because the criminals are terrorists abusing the NSA surviellance grid… but the only thing that has come out of that is first my mother died in suspicious circumstances 2nd Jan 2014, and recently my father also died in suspicious circumstances some weeks back. We buried him 15th August 2014… My two friends didn’t know each other but both died on 17th May 2012, also in supicious circumstances.. The UK police have done nothing whatsoever to investigate anything.. they are only protecting the criminals.. those of us on the receiveing end of this evil, have to do for self… The list of evils done in my case is unprecedented.. words will never convey how I feel..but I still have faith in hunanity to stop this evil, all that has happened to me is not in vain.. I was fine for many years until the summer of 2012 when I noticed strange symptoms like ringing in my ears, burning sensations,pain in my bones, sound waves through out my body causing pleasure or pain. and then one day I heard voices all around me I noticed that it was coming from within me, I know what this sounds like but i found out that this is all about an inhumane 3 year study to extract as much information as possible from the guinea pig which is I. There is also a group of people observing me 24 hours a day, they torture me by inducing different forms of stimuli. The electromagnetic low frequencies stimuli causes different reactions in me anywhere from agitation,pain, ringing in my ears, to verbal commands. I have done my research this is a black ops research study on the effects of human information extraction and plain old fashion torture this implant was invented by the Nazis and perfected by the CIA, William Howard who is a Marine is in charge of this program which was implanted in me during my knee surgery illegally against my freewill. They are a group of about ten people who are getting paid by either a debit card or check my guess is that they are getting paid by a Debit card, as they learn about me I learn about them, I know who they are and where they live. Imagine a cell phone that has a chip in it now imagine a human being with a RFID chip in it, imagine the possibilities and how much control the can wield with a computer as simple as a laptop. This site is a hope for humanity. You should do your best for surviving. My naiveness only allowed me to perceive what was going on when it was probably too late. They had already impacted me in different ways. Mental notes were taken, though, and some documentation exists.
Brave people like you are necessary. Keep on the good work. Make the site faster and provide databases for the people to know more about what is happening.

I have been a part of this experiment in the USA for the last 3 years without my consent. I am tortured on a daily basis 24/7 voice to skull. I am looking for any help I can get to be free. I know who my perps are and they live in the East bay mostly Pakistani community….I have their info in my Notes on Facebook..This happened to me after I left my EX girl Victoria Gordiy. I was slandered in my work place at Cisco my Cisco laptop was hacked as well as my phone. I was isolated from my family. I am still dealing with this and will not give up until I bring someone to justice about it..

Collection agencies are using sophisticated EMF technology on specialized mobile devices that may look and act like cell phones but emit and receive a much wider and powerful range of the Electromagnetic spectrum and may have special apps used to spy stalk and harass people for illegal collection practices. The devices and apps have capabilities to extract information behind and through all walls/doors using computational techniques performed on the input and output EMF spectra and a significant distance-range which allows covert remote operation.
Besides the mobile there are also fixed versions which are likely installed in the immediate neighborhood and can deliver stronger power and wider range of functionalities executed in real time.
The app/technology has features that emit EM radiation which can act as a physical force field on bodily organs/cavities and interfere with most biological functions or neural signals traveling through the human body to a great precision. (The low freq of its range can (HAS) even be used during flights.)
Without any legality or consent the agencies can in real time monitor remotely the inner voice, visual/auditory cortex (what you are seeing/hearing/imagining/dreaming etc) and can try to bias/re-orient attention. Such capabilities are at or beyond the state of the art in neurosciences … may include remote EEG and possibly other methods. It is a SELF-LEARNING system which gets better with the data it collects.
The collection agencies are really one giant global network that collaborates massively (internationally> share information technology etc) and is composed of capable and technically sophisticated people informed with or beyond the state of the art science and technology … they are extremely well organized motivated and most likely know more about their collection target’s entire history (physical mental and online) than the person him/herself
This is a social problem which will need consumers and regulators to be informed of the potential abuses of technology in the 21st century and take the necessary steps towards reforming the legal standards of collection and other covert surveillance practices.

– Might Use infrared and microwave image mapping and spectral reconstruction to invade privacy … entire living space can be mapped and monitored in great detail
– Monitoring and interference is 24/7 and includes all people things pets insects … pretty much everything and at several levels (think X rays to infrared images)

– Jamming Internet and cell phone calls
